History
The historical significance of Histon Road Cemetery lies primarily in its Nonconformist origin and its design by the leading Victorian horticulturalist John Claudius Loudon. As the town expanded around the Cemetery it became increasingly the burial ground serving the surrounding community, so there are many connections to families in the neighbourhood.
